PwC is looking for a talented Senior Manager with experience in Supply Chain Planning to join our Management Consulting department.

What you’ll learn and do

As a Senior Manager, you will support our clients as part of a PwC project team. Your main responsibilities will be :

With your knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, you support our clients in re-defining or optimising their planning concept or processes.

You lead projects or project streams to improve supply chain planning in the broadest sense. Typical projects are :

  • defining a supply chain strategy or a target operating model for supply chain;
  • designing and implementing new planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, production planning);
  • providing guidance in the selection and implementation of IT tools that support these planning processes (e.g. APS systems);
  • providing guidance on how to optimise and implement new tactical rules in supply chain (postponement strategy, inventory optimisation, planning parameter settings, etc.).

    You provide guidance to consultants in your project team to assure that they are working towards a common goal.

    You play a key role in building a sustained relationship with our clients.

    You contribute to achieving the commercial goals of our company by selling follow-up projects to existing customers or new projects.

    You assure that your knowledge in the Supply Chain Planning area remains leading edge.

    Who you are

    Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or Sciences or comparable by experience.

    8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in a consulting environment.

    Ambition to work internationally on projects.

    Team player mentality.

    Affinity with planning solutions (APS, ERP, etc.) is highly recommended.

    Excellent project management, presentation and communication skills.

    Analytical mindset.

    Fluent in English and Dutch and / or French.

    Flexible, i.e. coping with short-term changes in agenda and / or willing to travel.

    Pragmatic, resilient and innovative in problem solving and issue resolution.

    Respectful and open to all cultures and backgrounds.
