  • Be a trusted advisor on all matters HR for management and employees
  • Support management with a clear people strategy to attract, develop and retain the expertise needed to execute on the business strategy and growth plans
  • Ensure this people plan is owned and acted on by the business
  • Implement career paths in line with the Invent Global framework
  • Put in place learning plans to ensure development of skills needed now and in the future ; co-ordinate nominations for Group / Invent talent acceleration and development programs as well as organise local training sessions and manage the associated budget
  • Analyse and flag up impacts of promotion, hiring and attrition to the grade pyramid
  • Run appraisal and calibration cycles
  • Advise on salary increases and proposals. Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff
  • Own the execution of the strategic talent reviews and ensure the business follows through on actions that are agreed
  • Analyse employee engagement using the Group’s engagement tool (Pulse), advise management on action plans and provide coaching and mentoring to execute these
  • Manage the senior hiring (VP / Director) process and approvals
  • Set up and drive continuous improvement projects
  • Drive Internal communications
  • Collaborate with other Invent HR managers / directors as well as the HR network at Capgemini Belgium to align plans and share best practices
  • This description covers the main responsibilities, it is not exhaustive and can evolve according to the profile of the candidate.


    You have at least 10 years of confirmed experience in the area of HR, at least 5 years of which at a management level.

    A previous experience in the Management Consulting world would be an asset

    You have the following qualifications / skills :

  • Excellent relational and collaboration skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Able to work independently but also manage a (small) team and co-ordinate activities through direct reports and other teams
  • Eye for detail
  • Hands-on attitude showing initiative and proactivity
  • Agility
  • Comfortable working and conversing in English, French and Dutch
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Mastery of Office tools, in particular Excel and PPT
