Service Engineering The Service department consists of a Service director, a Personal assistance to the Service director, a Service manager, managers CRM and Customer Coordinators The position of Customer Support Engineer reports directly to the Team Lead Customer Engineer, working with a team of Customer Engineers, Coordinators and Customer Managers.
Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to Customer Managers Support Customer Managers in resolving complex technical issues for service customers Be the interface between customers and wtg / plant Engineering to communicate technical issues and their resolution Build-up an efficient network among stakeholders to maintain a good level of interaction and quick response time for the technical inquiries within the company to efficiently overcome natural limitations and inertia of global corporation Own, manage and record all taken over issues in relevant systems (SAP, C4C) for proven history and easy access for any stakeholders Provide first line processing of Safety Alerts to facilitate Customer Managers with filtration of external receivers or report insufficient SA quality Stay alert on recognized aftermarket sales opportunities and speak up on detected mismatch Maintain good relationships with customers and their representatives during the meetings, teleconferences, events, affairs etc.
Qualifications HBO level (engineering education is necessary) Minimum 3 years work experience, for example in a production environment (wind industry is beneficial) Good English skills in word and writing, Dutch is seen beneficial, if not present to be picked up to B2 level as minimum Knowledge of various Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel (expert level), Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Projects Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system Competencies Keen on business improvement and project management Good understanding of the wind industry market Customer oriented approach Good social skills What we offer Becoming part of an international company, a world leading company in the wind energy industry, means having a complex job, working with exciting products (wind turbines) and colleagues across countries.
