What you’ll do
As Senior Technical Support, you have the mission to deliver a high-level support from A to Z to the strategic clients. You will turn every single customer touchpoint into an excellent client experience and take ownership of the following :
Technical troubleshooting of incidents (L1 / L2)
Escalate issues and assign service requests to best possible resources when required
Manage the client relationships : Develop in-depth understanding of client environment, also by visiting the clients’ site Proactive technical consultancy (carry out technical evaluations and assessments) and upselling
Drive improvements and efficiencies in Customer Support
Assisting colleagues in several small project assignments
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree (technical oriented) or equivalent by experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service role
Active contributor to team culture and values
Exceptional communication skills (both written & spoken) in English
Result driven and can-do mindset
Strong self-management skills : organization and prioritization skills
Good negotiation and problem solving skills
Nice to have
Good knowledge of French is a big plus
First experience with Scrum / Agile methodology
