For our Division ENGIE Fabricom Industry South, based in Fleurus and Ans, we are looking for a Process Engineer . Under the supervision of the Head of Design Engineers and the Project Manager you will :
coordinate and organize the basic design activities
responsible for the respect of contract process and performances requirements during all phases of the work, from tender to final acceptance by the Customer
determine the basic process design of the installation in accordance with contractual requirements
establish the functional description of the installation
establish the Process Flow Diagrams and define main characteristics of systems (type of fluid, flow, pressure, temperature, heat balance, etc) for various operation load cases : main equipment main control loops ...
establish the Data Sheets for all equipment needed (valves, pumps, tanks, )
responsible for translating Customer’s and Section’s process requirements into technical specifications to be part of the purchase order to Subcontractors / Suppliers
establish all pipe diameters
establish, per pipe, the Maximal process conditions (Pmax, Tmax)
supervise the PID's establishment
establish and supervise the first issue of the instrumentation list
establish the HAZOP analysis
supervise the Functional Analysis
establish the "Operator Manual"
assist the COE for the hot commissioning
supervise the performances tests and establish the performances report
coordinate and follow up queries in relation with process activities
you are a civil or industrial engineer in chemistry and / or processing
you have a thorough technical knowledge in thermodynamics and in general mechanics and more specifically in the equipment and machinery used in thermal power stations and in thermodynamic applications
you have the greatest respect for quality, security and environment
you have an organizational talent and are a team player
you have an inventive mind
you have good communication skills and you are result-oriented
languages : French / Dutch with a good knowledge of English
