Hard skills :
5+ years of development experience
Strong working experience with GO language (at least 2 years)
Good working knowledge of databases (MySQL, ClickHouse)
Working experience with API design, familiarity with TCP / IP
Experience with designing and deploying :
safe and reliable systems
Working experience with building and deploying software using CI / CD methodologies (Gitlab)
Would be a plus :
Experience in fintech
Working experience with message brokers like Kafka / Nats / RabbitMQ
Exposure to working with EventSourcing architecture
Working experience with WebSocket protocol
Soft skills :
3+ years experience leading a team of developers (backend, fronted, mobile (iOS, Android) and QA)
Experience with forming a team from scratch
Experience with hiring, conducting tech interviews of potential candidates
Lead, mentor, develop and retain team members
Must be able to transform business requirements into executable technical solutions
Must be able to plan and breakdown development goals into reality
Ability to work in active mode in a fast-expanding team
