Your contribution

You will be responsible for sales administration supporting field Sales Reps and Channel Partners operating in the EMEAI region.

This position is highly critical to the success of our business. You will be the "feet on the streets" to get closer to our customers and offer the best possible customer experience while supporting Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Channel Partners operating in EMEAI.

Your job is to take care of the customer by understanding the inquiry's nature and allocating it to the sales team's right person, including the necessary CRM data.

Our cameras are premium products, and you provide our customers with premium service that matches. The sales team finds comfort in your ability to get them the required info promptly and correctly so that they can take care of the business opportunity.

Your reliability and attention to detail become handy when preparing tender bids and filling in documents to ship equipment in compliance with global trade rules.

Your job in plain text

  • First touchpoint for incoming Distributor or Customer requests
  • Support proactive outbound initiatives or campaigns (End of quarter campaigns to drive revenue)
  • Upselling and add on selling to match customer needs
  • CRM vetting and data maintenance, and first-level support
  • Meeting Organization Support such as Channel Partners meetings and Internal Sales meetings
  • GTC Rules and License Management (follow up on export licenses, demo asset transfers)
  • Quote Preparation and Follow-Up (Service Contracts, Accessories, Warranty, Trainings, )
  • Tender Screening and Preparation
  • Distributor and Customer Administration (CRM Account, Contacts data updates, Product upload files)
  • Sales Demo Inventory Management
  • Office Management
  • Web store assistance
  • Interfacing with Sales Ops (Demo assets)
  • Interact with the other Teledyne FLIR departments and businesses
  • To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have

  • Prior experience in a sales operation's role or other sales job
  • Excellent customer service attributes
  • Solution orientation and resourcefulness
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • A can-do attitude that gets things done
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally for meetings
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
