As an Order Coordinator, you are responsible for all things concerning order handling from and to our client's terminal and warehouse.

You will work from home or our client's flexible office space in Ghent.

Responsibilities :

  • You secure correct invoicing of all orders to the customers and from transportation partners.
  • You manage purchase, import and stocking to and from the different locations within the organization.
  • You manage and maintain customer master data -including freight and pricing conditions- in SAP.
  • You support the General Manager in administrative tasks such as accounting of invoices, negotiations with transportation partners, sales analysis and other projects.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in roles such as Customer Service, Planning, Buyer or Order Coordinator.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French. Communication within the organisation is mainly in English. Dutch and French will be used
  • You are comfortable in working with systems such as SAP or Navision.
  • You are a strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills, a pressure proof and focused mind, able to multitask and keep a helicopter view of a complex organization.
