The Global Food Safety Manager leads the Food Safety, Microbiology and Sanitation programs of Barry Callebaut. S / he initiates, develops and maintains relevant Standards and ensures they are continuously improved and in line with GSFI and customer expectations.
S / he supports the Regions and Sites to achieve implementation and drive compliance to these Standards. S / he supports the business with expertise and by sharing of best practices in order to protect our customers, brands, partners, employees and relevant other stakeholders.
1. Develop and continuously improve BC food safety standards
2. Drive, audit and review compliance to BC food safety standards
3. Support Implementation of new or improved standards
Identify and communicate food safety risks to the sites, and providing advice on food safety programs..
