A Key IT Tribe : Servicing & Production !
The Servicing & Production tribe (S&P) plays a strategic role in the IT department and in its transformation. The S&P tribe regroups the majority of the IT operational activities in order to serve at one side our end-users and on the other side our clients.
The tribe is the guardian of the IT service quality for the bank ensuring :
the management and steering of the key ITIL processes executed in a full Agile environment (Incident Mgmt, Change Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Configuration Mgmt, Asset Mgmt)
the delivery of all end-user’s service (help desk, service desk, mobile offer, etc ) for the branches and the headquarters
the deployment and the support of the bank applications : web banking, app banking, branches and head office applications in order to serve our corporate and retail clients as well as our internal users.
The management of our IT command centre
The management and steering of the mass printing services.
In order to ensure the delivery of these different services efficiently, the tribe S&P is constantly developing relations with the entities of the group BNP Paribas and different local service providers.
The tribe S&P will have as first objective to maintain and constantly improve the IT operational excellence. This objective can only be reached with the collaboration of the other IT tribes and all the other bank stakeholders (Application Tribes, End-2-End Operations, Facility, the banks’ partners, the suppliers).
Besides, the tribe will also lead a number of internal projects to improve its efficiency and its cost base.
In conclusion, the S&P tribe occupies a central position within IT, within the bank and within the group to ensure the operational quality.

The IT Infrastructure Cluster regrouping 6 tribes is actively looking for a Tribe lead for the Tribe Servicing & Production.
for Servicing and Production you will animate a management team that leads 20 squads regrouping 200+ people and :
Develop and implement the policies, annual plans and practices for the tribe
Continue to implement the transformation roadmap that suits the Tribe’s specificities
Contribute to the development and implementation of the IT strategy, paying particular attention to the Group's guidelines, SLA Agreements in order to actively contribute to the BNPP Fortis strategy (Group and company)
Make possible the most effective / efficient operation of the organization
Member of the Infra cluster Management team, you will contribute with your tribe lead colleagues to the overall definition and implementation of the Infra strategy.
As such you will pick up additional transversal missions outside your direct perimeter.
Your key responsibilities : the tribe lead
Implements and contributes to the IT strategy of BNPP Fortis and / or the Group, translates this strategy into a vision, policy, annual plan and budget for the tribe.
Formulates the medium-term objectives (1 to 2 years) on the basis of the long-term business / functional strategy
Determines the action plan (s) and contributes to the determination of the budgets necessary for the implementation of the annual plan resulting from the IT strategy within its tribe, communicates them to its team and oversees their implementation in order to ensure the correct execution of the IT strategy.
Steer and improve the IT operational processes : incident, change, problem, configuration and asset management. Manage the escalations in case of priority incidents or crisis.
Responsible for IT management systems and tools supporting the IT processes.
Ensures compliance on the basis of defined policies by developing and managing governance frameworks, undertaking all necessary actions to comply with policies, identifying and reporting risks within the tribe in line with Compliance requirements BNPP Fortis.
Motivate its employees through continuous feedback, empowerment, coaching, skills development, ... Embodies the corporate culture by positioning itself as an example of values such as respect, integrity, promotion of innovation and risk awareness and simplification.
Ensures the development, transfer and retention of knowledge and good practices
Ensures communication and stakeholder engagement in the IT plan and maintains and builds strategic relationships with other departments, internal customers and external service providers and / or other stakeholders, including other BNPP Fortis entities.
Coaches stakeholders in the agile model.
Ensures the excellent functioning of its Tribe, and more broadly of the BNPP Fortis community
Highlight your strengths!
Knowledge of French and / or Dutch
Fluent in written and spoken English
University degree or Master’s, preferably in IT, with at least eight years’ relevant experience in IT management related topics
Excellent management and organization skills
Resistant to stress, able to manage calmly crisis situation
Outstanding technical planning and control (robustness, stability, scaling, security, ...)
Extensive experience Itil processes and agile at scale
Technical expertise in infrastructure architecture, design and development
Effective negotiation and vendor management skills (past experience required)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Strong analytical skills
Able to present clearly complex matters
Acute, dynamic, proactive, autonomous and an excellent team player; good verbal communication skills
Able to work in complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
