You make it your mission for the business to excel in the area of customer support and consequently assure a good overall quality of the replies you provide.
Based on customers’ input, you will obtain a good overview of the strengths and weaknesses of our product. You make sure to summarize those and suggest management with possible improvements.
You show interest and keep yourself posted on all promotions we organize, so you can reply to the relevant questions of customers and pro-
actively share it with them.
About the Candidate :
You are a customer-oriented self-driven individual, eager to make a difference and help the company achieve its goals. On top of that, you have :
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent written communication skills in Dutch and French. Understanding English is a plus.
You are a flexible person, eager to learn and develop yourself, with excellent attention to details.
Knowledge about the online gaming industry (a plus, not a necessity).
Excel proficiency & general analytical skills (a plus, not a necessity).
