PURPOSE OF THE MISSION
The Project Warranty Manager will be managing warranty services for signaling projects led by Alstom Belgium in Enrope, Africa and middle East.

PURPOSE OF THE MISSION
The PrWM ensure Warranty commitments in the projects with a focus on the spare parts flow and processes organization by :
Managing the Third Part Logistic company :
processes implementation on site and competency management
Follow the service level vs contract
Evaluate the service with sourcing team and corrective actions
Extend the provider's participation in new projects
Coordinate the activities of the logistics and repair operational team in Charleroi
Process improvement based on day-to-day analysis
Develop and set up a network of intervention sites made of clients and partners
Visit intervention sites to make good contacts to get them to join to the process
One pager logistic on client sites for spare parts flows management
Manage outsourced stock on customer sites
Maintain cohesion through audits and improvement plans
Collect EHS information on sites to confirm PSS reliability
Work on new projects supply chain set-up for maintenance
Support Warranty Managers for the logistics organization set-up for spare parts supply
Flows management, spare parts stocks, location, 3PL
Work on project’s transition from warranty to service
Follow the spare parts in stock : references and revisions in collaboration with engineering.
Customer satisfaction based on the reaction time to solve any issue from notification and reliability achievements.

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES - EXPECTED LEVEL
Education : Master's degree in engineering, Business management or equivalent by experience.
Desired knowledge / experience :
A few years of experience in warranty and maintenance management activities.
Experience in Supply Chain and process improvement
Experience of electronic safety systems is an asset.

Flexibility and mobility : Job based in Charleroi with frequent short term travels (sometime planned in the emergency) mainly in Europe.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Languages : fluent in English, French and Dutch language (spoken, read, written).
German is an additional asset
