As a member of the Site Management Team, you'ill realize the operational and strategic Production Site Plan and you drive the development and transformation of our plant in Groot-Bijgaarden (GB), with focus on the people component and through the implementation of the HR strategy, processes and tools.
You will have a key role in engaging the employees, drive change and help the business achieve their results.
As a strategic partner, you contribute to the operations / business strategy by helping to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, people, behaviors, structures, and processes, in line with Puratos Values & Magic
Act as real change agent, you support the Site Manager in the transformation & change process
Coordinate the forecasting and planning of the headcount and talent pipeline requirements in line with the operations / business strategy
Drive the people & HR processes to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future requirements and that headcount needs and productivity targets are met
Together with the management teams, you will develop the implementation and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the engagement plan
Manage union relationship and ensure compliance with law & collective agreements
Ensure that the leadership, coaching and feedback culture is properly cascaded through the organization and ensure that talent review actions are implemented
Influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, integrating employee and line Management feedback towards a better employee experience
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate has more than 7 years of Human Resources experience and a successful track record in change / transformation in a production environment and operational excellence programs
You have the ability to drive change through a strategic mindset combined with strong leadership skills
You have strong communication skills : you are a good listener, communicator and presenter
You have a good understanding of the Belgian social legislation. Union experience is a plus
You are digital acumen : with advanced skills in MS Office, HR tools (HRIS / SuccessFactors)
You have the ability to analyze and interpret data
You speak Dutch, French & English fluently
You have a Master level in related field
