  • Main functions :
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts (Tire Distributors, Car dealers)
  • Coordinates the involvement of company including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Prepares and calculates proposals
  • Leads sales negotiations
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Your tasks
  • Further development of the sales area in Belgium on his / her own
  • Ongoing maintenance of relationships with our distribution partners
  • Handling and solving customer requests and conducting price negotiations
  • Close collaboration with the Sales Manager Belgium and the Marketing Department in Germany for the commercialisation of our products and to improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product trainings for them
  • Procurement of market information and analysis of the competitive situation

  • Requirements
  • Completed commercial or technical education, for example as car salesperson or in mechatronics
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of sales in the tyre industry and comprehensive knowledge of the tyre market in France
  • Very good knowledge or native speaker of French
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills and a goal-oriented way of working
  • Very good computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and Power Point
