Your main missions :

Systems and Interfaces support

Make sure the system availability is always at the expected level

Install and test system optimization and updates

Design and maintain ETL’s from or to other systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, SQL, )

Ensure efficiency and robustness of ETL processes (using SSIS and TimeXtender)

Document and maintain system procedures

Application support

Collaborate to the design and processing of the Presentation Layer (Tabular Models) with the Power BI Analyst(s) to ensure good performance, stability and flexibility

User support

Help users to access and use the systems

Prepare training documentation and provide training support

Projects

Be stakeholder in improving the systems (e.g. digitalization)

Contribute with the BI Team and Business Owner(s) to the development of the functionalities

Perform technical and integration tests for new applications and programs

Build the ETL’s to and from our source systems (SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, etc.)

Responsibilities

Ensure the constant availability of the systems

Provide troubleshooting during automatic data extraction to ensure continuous operations

The candidate's ideal profile

High-school level

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse development (MS-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, MDS)

Knowledge of TimeXtender is a big plus

Experience in SAP-BW and SAP ECC systems is also a plus

Experimented in projects related to controlling, forecasting, or finance

Good communicator in French and English, in written and speaking

Needed Knowledge / Skills

MS-SQL Database Management (Management Studio, Visual Studio)

Team Foundation Services

TimeXtender

Power BI Desktop

Programming languages : DAX, VBA, HTML, SQL

Problem solving and analytical skills

Sense of details

Good presentation and training skills

System oriented and methodical
