Continuing to invest in our future, we have a brand new role and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to cover Belgium and lead our high performing Wound Care sales team comprising six Account Managers nationally.
You will be responsible for managing the performance and development of the sales team in Belgium, driving employee engagement and demonstrating a high level of business acumen and commercial expertise.
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, and working closely with marketing, commercial excellence and the senior management team, you will co-
create and execute the sales strategy for Wound Care solutions in Belgium, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Customer focused, you will accompany the sales team to visit existing and potential clients in the field.
Your profile :
The role requires frequent travel across Belgium to visit clients and prospects alike.
