The Clinical Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting products associated with hip and knee procedures and optimizing customer service.
This role within Flanders will focus on supporting our customers to provide a best in class procedural solution.
Additional responsibilities also include working with the local sales representative to coordinate training and in-theater support to ensure exceptional levels of customer care both in theaters and in the wider hospital are delivered.
Key Activities & Accountabilities
Planning, executing and monitoring all measures necessary to help achieve industry leading support.
This encompasses in particular :
Certified scrub nurse, professional training in a medical environment preferred.
Theater experience essential. Minimum 2 years experience of orthopedic theaters.
Commercial acumen essential. Must have awareness of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theaters and surgical procedures.
Computer skills, MS Office.
Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
Workshop / demonstration skills inc. anatomy and physiology.
Ability to work in a collaborative manner both with colleagues and customers
