The Omnichannel Strategy is one of the must-win battles and key pillars of the TVH Strategic Plan. It focusses on blending our strongpoint, the human touch, with new digital & self-service capabilities.
From new ways to interact with our customers, a revamped global e-commerce platform, automated processes and innovative services and digital solutions to delight our customers.
As the Omnichannel portfolio & Change Manager you will become the ambassador of the Omnichannel Strategy.
In the portfolio manager role, you will own the portfolio of the multiples transformational programs and bring a clear view on who needs to work on what, its interdepencies with other programs and a plan to deliver on time, in full (while having fun and embracing the pragmatic entrepreneurial spirit).
You drive the progress and the operational excellence and communicate about the programs to all stakeholders.
You keep your eyes always open for implementing new ways of working (fe. Implementation of OKR’s).
In the Change management role, you excel in stakeholder management from all levels. You capture the feedback, needs and find a way to keep the right stakeholders involved at the right time in the upcoming transformational projects.
Thanks to your excellent people and communication skills, you manage to deliver change while being mindful of potential change aversion.
You are part of the TVH change management forum and link Omnichannel to the multiples key-topics going on.
This function is a critical role to make the Omnichannel transformation happen.
You work closely with the change management guild and PMO corporate office but you have to autonomy to adapt it to the Omnichannel needs
You bring value from a PMO perspective & clear roadmap (who needs to do what & when) to the 4 transformational programs in the Omnichannel Strategic Building block
You can identify local champions and makes sure change is embedded, value is realized and measured
You play a critical role in the change communication plan and the creation of the content
You are part of the Global Digital, CRM and E-commerce leadership team DX and actively engage with key TVH stakeholders from sales, marketing and C-level.
You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a digital and / or transformational environment
You are excellent in coordination, collaboration, structuring and bringing optimal efficiency and operational excellence in the team.
You share Omni channel enthusiasm’ across the whole organization
You are strong in stakeholder management and able to moderate, structure and summarize alignment sessions on different levels (with many C-level interactions).
You are a Jira / Atlassian enthusiast or not afraid to spend a good chunk of your time using it

You are empathic and thrive on convincing your colleagues of the needed change.
