We're currently looking for an outstanding Analyst to join the Sales Operations team within Kipling in Antwerp, Belgium. You will be reporting to the Packs Sales Operations Senior Manager.
You will create and manage both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative analysis, provide support for sales campaigns, actions and promotions, and assess data quality.
Kipling is looking for a detail oriented self-starter who can manage and prioritize their own workload, enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, is service-minded and able to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and in all departments, while able to adapt quickly to shifting goals and priorities.
Ultimately, you will be able to contribute to team s high quality sales analysis and achieve Brand sales targets. Responsibilities : GTM PROCESS AND HQ / LOCAL REPORTING+ Provide regular tracking reports by Channel and Market monitoring our progress towards monthly sales targets.
Provides this information to sales management and makes recommendations to drive sales growth.+ Create customized reports not covered by the existing and standard ones managing the information flow through different departments.
SALES TOOLS+ Liaise with T&C tool coordinator and support Sales dept. in user mapping definition. Maintain all the terms&conditions for EMEA customers portfolio (around +3k customers) in the T&C tool, including seasonal revision.
Requirements : + Bachelor's degree in a technical (statistics, math, computer science, engineering) or business-related field.
