Business Senior Audit Manager
Your key role as Business Senior Audit Manager will be to assist the Audit Director in the leadership and management of the Business Audit domain.
This encompasses the strategy, product management, commercial, innovation and programme management activities in the Euroclear Group, analysing if the hard and soft controls in place are sufficient and operating effective to reach management’s objectives.
You will also lead (or contribute to) the most complex audits in these areas.
Key activities include :
Contributing to the Audit strategy and engagement execution of the Domain;
Delegated accountability for the Audit Strategy of part of the engagements performed in the Domain;
Managing and Responsible of hours spent on engagements in the Domain;
Managing and Responsible for quality of engagements;
Coaching audit team members, actively providing feedback on performance at the end of each engagement;
Managing and Leading (being sufficiently involved) complex and sensitive engagements as part of the audit team.
Leading or contributing to most complex audits in the domain : Executing all audit assignments in accordance with professional standards;
Preparing audit work programmes in relation to the specific areas to be evaluated;Producing quality work papers;Making relevant recommendations to initiate improvements in the Euroclear governance, risk management and process control, and reduce risk;
Verbally communicating results in a clear and problem solving manner;Writing clear reports to formally communicate audit results to management;
When acting as Audit Lead, demonstrating autonomy in planning, executing and reporting, which includes : coordination and development of the auditors assigned to the mission;
management of all communication;tracking of the audit planning and budget with regular progress reports to Audit Management.

Leading or contributing to the transversal continuous improvement initiatives in the division.
Education and skills :
You hold a university degree in business, finance or any other relevant;
You have proven experience of at least 8 years in performing in Business areas, as an internal or external auditor;
You possess a very good knowledge and understanding of strategy, product management, commercial, innovation, programme management and related controls;
You hold professional certifications in auditing, e.g. CIA, CISA, CRMA, ACCA, ACFE, and the like;
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Knowledge of auditing standards and practices is a definite plus.
