Our client is a fast growing Real Estate investor with a large portfolio of office and industrial buildings. He is looking to double its size in the coming years and therefore to hire the future of its company.
In this scope, he is looking for an experienced Facility Manager - Property Manager
Description
The Facility Manager will :
Manage a portfolio of buildings (office, industrial, retail) along with the property manager
Responsible for all technical issues (HVAC, Electricity ) and managing sub-contractors
Point of contacts with tenants
Team management
Hard facility services tasks
Implementation of cost effective and energy saving processes
Profile
The ideal Facility Manager should have / be :
Proven experience with Hard Facility Management and / or Property Management
At Least 5 years of experience in Facility or Property management
Good technical knowledge in HVAC, proven ability to challenge suppliers
Team manager and diplomatic
Good communication in French, Dutch and English
