As a Reward Officer you are an essential element in our Reward team and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks.
You don't necessarily have prior knowledge of Reward, but you'd like to get a first-hand experience.
Administrative tasks within our FlexReward system : answering employee questions, forwarding employee requests of various spending options to suppliers, follow-up on problems;
Reporting : you will have to use your Excel skills;
Helping to deliver data for benchmark exercises;
Follow-up of onboarding problems in international system and possibly help with input into payroll system;
Follow up and help developing new mobility solutions for employees.
You have a Bachelor or a Master degree in HR or you have a relevant first experience;
You have an excellent level of Dutch and a good level of English and French (spoken and written);
You have a good knowledge of MS Office and specifically Excel;
Knowledge of payroll system is a plus but can also be learned on the job;
You are looking for an administrative job in which you can gain experience in Reward;
You are a team player, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
You have excellent organization and communication skills;
Finally, but definitely not lastly, you are eager to learn.
