Maintain employee records
Prepare employment contracts
Manage the Time Management system
Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
Issue HR related approval forms
Conduct of disciplinary cases
Provide advice regarding social law
Help on recruitment process
Support Training and Development
And other projects
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree (preferably in the Human Resources Management)
At least 3 years of working experience in administration or HR
Fluent in English and Dutch
PC literate (MS office).
Good customer service skills
Good knowledge of Belgian labor legislation
Eyes on details.
Immediately available at least 4days / week
