Job Description

  • Support the Human Resources Department and other departments
  • Complete administrative operations
  • Cooperate in the development of the department
  • Give administrative support to employees
  • Manage group insurance
  • Support payroll
  • Maintain employee records
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Manage the Time Management system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Issue HR related approval forms
  • Conduct of disciplinary cases
  • Provide advice regarding social law
  • Help on recruitment process
  • Support Training and Development
  • And other projects
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in the Human Resources Management)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in administration or HR
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • PC literate (MS office).
  • Positive attitude
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Belgian labor legislation
  • Discrete
  • Eyes on details.
  • Stress resistant
  • Quick learner
  • Open personality
  • Team player.
  • Immediately available at least 4days / week
