From technical interventions up to the handling of scheduled maintenance sessions, you arrange everything from a to z with technicians and business customers.

Together with the other departments, you come to a sound solution as soon as possible. You can also continue to develop and expand your knowledge, both technically and in terms of service provision, because at Telenet we attach great importance to innovation and development, such as the continuous optimization of our applications, the ongoing expansion of our technology and the broadening of our range of products and services for our customers.

We offer you these challenges :

  • You handle problems of our business customers and follow-up for them with internal support and external providers.
  • You follow-up on all incoming and outgoing communication by e-mail, phone, etc.
  • You are also able to support other groups or partners if the helpdesk is at its wits’ end.
  • If the service or scheduled repair is compromised, you are the first contact point.
  • You decide what problems should be prioritized, and you constantly monitor them on the basis of internal procedures and rules.
  • You act as second line support for complex, individual technical complaints.
  • You analyze technical complaints from Business customers and look for possible connections with network problems.
  • You contribute to making the transition from incident-driven maintenance to preventive maintenance a reality.
  • You also carry out interventions independently, complying with the predefined working procedures in doing so.
  • At Telenet, you can use your professional skills to the full :

  • You have a degree as an Engineer (Electronics / IT), a Master’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
  • Initial telecom experience is a strong asset
  • You know how to apply processes and procedures.
  • In addition, you have a healthy dose of assertiveness and persuasiveness.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and act in a customer-focused manner.
  • You are extremely stress-resistant and always remain customer-centered and friendly.
  • Do you have experience with B2B customers and Business products or processes? That’s an additional bonus.
  • And, finally, you are also willing to work in shifts.
