As Operations Coordinator, here is a list of various tasks you would do :

  • Being the contact person for the different department
  • Coordinate the administrative functions of the office in Brussels including office supplies and facilities management, negotiating with the landlord and vendors
  • Helping to coordinate the recruitment process
  • Organising onboarding of new comers
  • Handling the computers configuration with the IT department
  • Managing invoices, payments, expenses, Payroll, ...
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • The successful Operations Coordinators :

  • A Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years experience in office management or an administrative position in Belgium
  • A perfect command of English and a very good knowledge of French
  • Knowledge of basic financial processes
  • Very good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite
  • Ability to keep tight deadlines
  • A multi-tasking person
