For one of our clients Robert Half is looking for an HR Assistant (m / f / x).
Our client is a funding organization and is located in the Brussels region .
Your responsibilities as HR Assistant :
You will assist the Head of Human Resources & Office Services and Senior HR Officer with administration support;
You help with the organization of recruitment, job advertisement, screening CV's, candidates invitations and interviews preparation;
You welcome new staff, providing them with complete information on employment rules and processes;
You take care of the parental leave, time credit, educational leave of staff members (administration paperwork);
You are responsible for the organization and coordination of trainings;
You assist in the administration of personnel entries and departures according to standard procedures;
You do the input of events in the payroll system (holidays, sickness, );
You do administration work : letters, contracts, follow up of insurance documents, etc.;
You are the contact point for COST staff members located in Belgium for all questions related to Human Resources administration in a professional and prompt manner;
You fulfill other responsibilities and tasks in the interest of the organization, as mandated by the Head of Human Resources and Office Services or by the COST Association Director.
Your profile as HR Assistant :
You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in HR;
You are fluent in English and have a very good knowledge of Dutch or French;
You have an excellent level in MS Office;
You have good organizational skills;
You have a positive and constructive attitude;
You work discreetly and confidentially.
Our client offers :
An assignment of 3 months.
