Account Manager (m / v)
As they work towards further growth in Europe, they’re looking for a customer-oriented account manager to build upon their outstanding reputation for customer service.
The successful candidate will manage their existing customer portfolio, consisting of buyers from leading fashion brands, as a direct point of contact during sourcing and follow-up.
Taking the time to truly understand customers’ needs, you’ll ensure that every garment in every order exceeds their expectations.
You will also seek out opportunities to expand the customer base and approach prospective clients. The role requires a critical eye, foresight into market trends and savvy sourcing that meets sales targets.
You’ll evaluate every sales period and devise strategies to maximize sales for the following season.
Impeccable customer service
Friendly, personal and an excellent sales negotiator
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch and also fluent in a third European language, such as French, Spanish or German
Holds a Master’s degree in commerce, management or another relevant field
Minimum of three years experience in sales or account management
Thrives on results and dedicated to meeting targets
Loves to travel and will enjoy visiting production countries across the globe for sourcing & negotiation
Proactive, diligent and solution-oriented
Manages time efficiently
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
