The Role

It s your task to act as the local contact on all HR issues for all Stakeholders. You manage the department and HR Team as a good coach, contact person and you give all employees chances to develop competences, talents according to company guidelines.

You implement Dematic Global HR policy by translating the HR strategy to the local level. You report to the HR Director Central Europe.

Professional responsibilities :

  • Proactive management of all HR topics along the value chain
  • Trustful and target-oriented cooperation with the works council
  • Self-dependent consulting / support and coaching of national and international professionals and hiring managers in all HR matters incl. collective agreements
  • Management of appraisal interviews (employee evaluation, qualification, development, etc.) and the successful integration of new employees
  • International personnel management and close cooperation with international colleagues
  • Contact person for HR international projects and staff secondments
  • Participation in the development, optimization and implementation of new HR processes as well as the execution of projects
  • Candidate requirements :

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in e.g. economics, law, sociology / psychology or comparable education
  • At least 5 years work experience in a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, modern HR management tools and comprehensive know-how of employment law
  • High degree of motivation
  • Independent, service-oriented and responsible working practices with high solution orientation
  • High social competence, strong communication skills and personal standing
  • Fluent Dutch and English skills (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% (within Germany)
