ERP Implementation Analyst

Mission :

The ERP Implementation analyst will be part of the Implementation team. He will participate in new client implementation projects and post go-live improvements projects.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will span across :

Support new client implementations :

  • Helps the project and Implementation team with the design of the IT solution and the gathering of requirements.
  • Configuration and setup of clients in our ERP.
  • Interfaces / Data exchange design
  • Testing and documentation
  • Insures successful transition and hand over to the Business Support team once a solution is defined or a project finalized.
  • Manage post go-live improvements :

  • Handles multiple smaller projects simultaneously, following their day-to-day developments;
  • Manage country rollouts on existing client
  • Profile

    Skills

  • Master degree in Business Management / Computer Science or Bachelor’s Degree with proven experience;
  • Experience in using or implementing an ERP is a plus;
  • Understanding of the following areas in the context of an ERP system :
  • oDesign and implementation of order management and fulfillment processes;
  • oDesign and implementation of warehousing and inventory management processes;
  • oExchanging ecommerce business-oriented data between different systems (e.g. orders, invoices, product catalog, inventory);
  • oIntegration technologies (API’s, EDI, XML, FTP etc);
  • Very Good knowledge of English
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, focusing on process optimization;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Team player;
