Account Manager

A challenging job is subject to continuous change. Within this multinational organization, we are looking for a dynamic and driven professional who has a passion for creating long lasting and durable relationships.

As an account manager, you are responsible for relationship building and sales with large accounts that will accelerate the business.

Your responsibilities :

As an account manager, you are in charge of managing a portfolio of existing customers from A-Z :

  • You manage your own portfolio of clients across different sectors (retail, food service, international department stores, travelling, tourism, etc)
  • You will visit in a daily basis (medium &) large size clients. Appointments are managed by yourself.
  • You will develop a network of contacts internally and externally (at the clients) and grow your client portfolio by cross selling & upselling.
  • You will inform your clients and answer all questions they have concerning electronic payments, and find solutions to more complex questions and situations your client may have.
  • With a focus on creating a long term partnership with your clients in order to define together a cashless’ strategy that fits the client needs.

  • You are responsible for the retention and re-engagement of clients
  • After a product launch, you will pitch these new services and / or products to clients and gather important feedback
  • In your contacts you will find the right balance between your commercial approach and technical insight in the matter of terminals and e-payment.
  • You will target on retention and sustainable growth and develop long lasting partnerships.
