Your responsibilities
Manage the existing BENEO customer portfolio in close cooperation with the distributors in your area
Drive Business Development activities (incl. new customers, new product ideas, new applications)
Develop the annual and 5 year commercial and overall business plan for your region.
Achieve business targets(commercial and New Business Development) for your region of responsibility. Manage trade receivables, including overdues, in cooperation with business controlling department
Perform accurate, concise and timely reporting activities on your business, your market and your competitors, including market intelligence information.
Your Profile
Master Degree (e.g. bio-engineering, bio-chemistry, industrial engineering bio-industry, food technology)
Excellent spoken and written English
Good knowledge of the food industry, preferably food ingredients, is a very strong advantage
Min 2 years’ experience in an international commercial position, preferably in a matrix management structure.
Strong technical background
Willingness to travel regularly within your area
Team oriented & problem solving attitude
Eager to learn and a mental agility
