Key Account Manager in Paris within the Self-Service Verticals Parking & EV-Charging

Job Purpose / Mission

The Worldline Global Sales and Verticals is looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager in Paris to grow our customer portfolio and maintain solid relationships with the Self-Service Verticals Parking & EV-Charging key clients in France.

Your responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.

You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.

To be successful as a Kay Account Manager, you should love to interact with internal and external people, be able to analyse data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.

Ultimately, an exceptional Key Account Manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided in addition to hunt new businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop business relationships with potential clients and growing the customer portfolio over time is one of the most important activity to assure future revenues
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Responsible for all commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing negotiations and ultimately achieve revenue targets.
  • Create strategic business and quarterly account review plans to further enhance the relationship and profitability.

  • Skilled negotiator and effective communicator
  • Energetic personality with a positive approach and eagerness to develop his / her knowledge and skills
  • Self-starter; result driven and taking initiatives
  • Flexible, able to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients and Capability to build relationships
  • Proven sales track record in payments and the ability to handle multiple client accounts
  • At least 5yrs of Sales experience in the payment industry
  • University degree in Business Management or any relevant discipline
  • French as native language
  • Mandatory requirement fluency in written and spoken business English
  • Willing to travel on average 2 day a week
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
