Assessment centre dates : February to April 2020

Other requirements : Open to relocate internationally. FLPs could be required to complete a 6 months rotation in one of our Manufacturing sites during the 2 years programme

If so, you could be part of our Engineering (Vaccines) function. This is where we support manufacturing and quality operations to run in a lean and flawless manner to ensure reliable supply of our vaccines to people in 90% of the world’s countries.

Different challenges arise at every stage, so every working day is different. These challenges might include engineering design, installing, qualifying and ramping up a new production or support machinery or automation assets, helping to plan and execute advanced maintenance methodologies, increasing manufacturing process robustness and manufacturing right first time, or performing engineering changes and asset life cycle management.

Over two years, our Future Leaders graduate programme will challenge and support you in growing professionally and personally.

This programme will provide a robust career foundation building technical expertise within one of our 4 specific engineering disciplines : automation, mechanical / electrical, process engineering and engineering capital projects.

You’ll have stretching rotations that will give you an insightful experience into the engineering side of our vaccines manufacturing and quality business.

Through these placements, you’ll develop your expertise in engineering concepts and procedures, while broadening your global business perspective.

What will you do?

You’ll have the opportunity to :

  • Learn engineering concepts and procedures and applying them on the job
  • Get a good understanding of all areas of our Vaccines business on a tailored development programme
  • Learn about the cutting-edge technologies used in vaccines manufacturing

    All learning follows the 70 : 20 : 10 learning principle : 70% of your learning takes place on the job, 20% comes from the support of your mentor (a senior leader) and the remaining 10% is from formal leadership training sessions.

    We’ll tailor your training and development to suit your talents and ambition, as well as our business needs, setting you up for success in your chosen niche.

    After you complete our Future Leaders programme, you’ll have the skills to become a leader of the future, making sure that we make the right products and deliver them to the right place.

    There’s no limit to how far you can go with us it’s up to you to prove yourself.

  • A Master degree in Engineering
  • To be technical savvy with a passion for machines, automation and bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing process
