As Tax Counsel, you will be part of their EMEIA Tax Team (6 people) and report to the Head of Tax EMEIA in place.

You will advise their entities across the EMEIA region in comprehensive tax matters, interact with local tax authorities and participate in various projects.

Moreover, you will be responsible for :

Executing quarterly and annual tax provisions based on US GAAP

Participating in special projects (restructurings, M&A, etc.) and local tax planning initiatives

Supporting with income tax audits and tax litigations

Advising on local tax compliance

Preparing transfer pricing documentation and execute monitoring activities

You have a Master degree in Law or Economics. LLM in Tax is a plus.

You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or in a consultancy practice

You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Good team player and able to interact with internal and external stakeholders

Very strong communication skills
