As a Customer Service Agent you are responsible for the processing and follow-up of orders :

This includes the following :

  • You give qualitative advice to the B2C and B2B customers about services and you are responsible for the order preparation and processing of the orders.
  • You ensure that you maintain an accurate overview of current orders and take corrective action where necessary.
  • You take the necessary initiatives to optimise customer satisfaction, both by telephone and via e-mail.
  • In case of operational problems, you help look for possible solutions and you speak to the customer to inform him.
  • You are responsible for the correct management of damage claims from A to Z.
  • You analyse, answer and coordinate customer comments and questions.
  • You ensure that your customer data is up to date.
  • You keep in touch with colleagues from other departments for the exchange of relevant information so that the quality of our service is guaranteed at all levels.
  • In this position you report to the Customer Service Manager.

    Specifically for this position, my client is looking for the following competencies :

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a logistics or business oriented field or equivalent through experience.
  • You preferably have at least 1 year's experience in a similar customer-oriented office function.
  • You have an excellent oral and written knowledge of Dutch and French .
  • Good knowledge of English is a plus.
  • You are a real initiator and take ownership.
  • You have a strong customer focus, strong sense of responsibility and good adaptability.
  • Your work is precise and result-oriented.
  • You are a stress resistant problem solver.
  • You have a good knowledge of the Office package; you can work fluently in Excel.
