How you will do it..
As part of our Center of Expertise - EMEA, the Talent AcquisitionSpecialist is accountable for delivering end-to-end expert recruitment services(from briefing to negotiating offers) for our businesses across the Benelux regionand takes responsibility for all aspects of operational recruiting.
You work closely with key stakeholders toconsult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices.
You prioritize the urgency and importance ofyour business unit’s requisition load and build pipelines of qualifiedcandidates for critical roles.
You develop and execute tactical sourcingstrategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overallrecruiting goals.
You will play a key role in deliveringimprovements to the processes that we will be applying across the Center ofExpertise.

You should be naturally curious and have a drive todeliver a best in class service while adding commercial value to the processwith the knowledge you build up of the market and disciplines you will befocusing on. Background / experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communicationsor related field
3 5 years of progressive experience in corporate and / or search firmrecruiting, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Experience in stakeholder management in amulticultural environment
Competence in developing digital candidate sourcingstrategies
Knowledge of local recruitment & labor legislation
Technology aptitude - experience with enterprise ATS& CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
Foundational understanding of the Boolean searchlanguage, and how those search principles apply to both internet and databasesearches
