Education : Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, or other business related HR field;
2 to 5 years of working experience- ideally in C&B or insurance / tax related area;
Strong analytical / conceptual skills are a must, as well as a fact based and logical mindset;
Must be willing to work independently & as a team towards a result;
Good presentation skills;
Committed and trustworthy, able to handle confidential data;
Passionate and meticulous about dealing with numbers;
Strong XLS knowledge is a key;
Languages : English is a must; Dutch and / or French are an asset.

The Specialist Compensation & Benefits (C&B) reports to the Manager C&B, located in the C&B division within HR at Toyota Motor Europe.
Your Challenge :
Support C&B management in setting C&B Total Reward Strategy for our TME entities across Europe (Incl. Head Office, warehouses etc) as well as for our Pan-
E Executives (incl. EMC / NMSC);
Improve, implement, coordinate & communicate the annual base salary review (BSR) process and bonus scheme;
Calculate all base salary review increases, bonus payments and promotional salaries in line with policy, budget and set deadlines;
Analyze surveys & benchmarks versus our policies and determine our position versus market;
Analyze and recommend changes in our rewards systems and policies (car policy, bonus, base, benefits, );
Support other HR teams on C&B related topics and cooperation within HR on payroll, international mobility, organization & development etc;
Look for fiscal & cost optimization in all C&B aspects;
Assist the budget cycle based upon market movements, CLA’s and policy changes.
