JOB PURPOSE / ROLE
Responsible for designing and implementing of the Market Management and Communication Strategy in Belgium.
Enhance visibility and improve the visibility and the image of credit insurance and Euler Hermes. Stimulate profitable and sustainable growth by acquiring new customers and retaining them within the BU, in line with the MMCD strategy.
Prepare a marketing and communication plan specific to the BU and implement the lead generation plan for all distribution channels.
Supervise and implement product innovation initiatives from the Group.
Determine the marketing strategy in collaboration with the company and monitor it closely based on the right KPIs and the marketing budget.
Develop all integrated corporate communication activities and set clear communication objectives for the BU
Develop communication campaigns online, through email and using classic media for prospects for lead generation and prospect seeking through the website.
Develops communication activities in order to promote sensitization online, off-line and through the media.
End responsible for redaction and content in all channels of external communication (media, spokespersons, BU internet, social media, mail campaigns, marketing brochures, sales material and presentations)
Final control of all public communication (corporate, mail, social media, content marketing)
Steers and defines internal communication strategy and determines the objectives in coordination with HR and management
Prepares a management plan for the markets and campaigns. Reviews them in order to correspond with the new forecasts.
Designs and assesses the cost of the market management plan in line with the lead generation objectives, while monitoring the budget.
Develops digital circuits in order to direct incoming leads (also while using Marketo for marketing automation).
Supports and directs customer-centric activities. Works with the Account Management & True Customer Centricity team to improve the customer experience.
KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Proven and long-time experience in marketing and communication
Experienced people manager & motivator
Strong spirit of initiative / pragmatic behaviour
Solid experience in digital lead generation and in preparing multi-platform communication campaigns
Experience with marketing automation technologies (e.g. Marketo)
Experience in the management of external agencies (telemarketing, advertising agencies etc.)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French, Dutch and English
Excellent team spirit
Excellent ability to work within tight deadlines according to plans and projects.
