We are looking for a talented Production Foreman to join our team specializing in Hydrogen for our New Power Business in Oevel.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Supervising production teams across a 3 shift rota :
Early shift Monday Thursday 06 : 00 14 : 00 Friday 06 : 00 13 : 00
Day shift Monday Thursday 07 : 30 16 : 00 Friday 07 : 30 15 : 00
Late shift Monday Thursday 13 : 30 21 : 30 Friday 12 : 30 19 : 30
Supervising cross functional teams to engage and drive a safety, productivity, quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
Getting regular feedback from each cell to manage any changes in the production plan.
Involvement in Continuous Improvement projects to help improve the site.
Helping with planning the growth and expansion of the site.
To be successful in this role you will need the following :
Must be a fluent Dutch speaker and intermediate English speaker.
Previous experience in a Supervisory role within a manufacturing / production environment.
Ideally previous experience working with high power electrical products.
Preferred but not essential degree level qualified in Engineering related subject.
