Support your local market :
You process customer orders daily in our computer system by scrupulously respecting the deadlines and being as close as possible to the "zero rate" of errors.
You communicate with customer either by mail or by phone.
You take care of filling out the administrative documents and bring your support in the coordination of the deliveries and the management of the new customers.
Client Satisfaction :
You make every exchange a positive experience for the client by practicing active listening and searching for solutions.
You analyse complaints, process them according to existing procedures and provide an alternative quickly.
You receive questions from your customers and you inquire with the internal departments (logistics, billing, supply chain, carriers, .
to obtain the appropriate answers.
Client Loyalty :
You research the causes of the complaints and propose action plans to avoid them.

Assisting the sales force :
You deliver information to sales representatives based on their requests (delivery data, complaints, etc.)
Do you have a Bachelor's degree and a professional experience in Customer Service?
