As our parttime office assistant you will be the face of our company and assure a correct flow in companies administration.

Responsibilities

First contact clients, guests and employees

Managing reception

Ongoing and outgoing orders

Setting up meeting rooms

Office supplies (order and inventory)

Follow up info mailbox

Administrative tasks

Qualifications

Office management or equal by experience

Fluent knowledge Dutch is mandatory

Good knowledge English is mandatory, French is a plus

Good knowledge MS Office

Knowledge SAP
