RESPONSIBILITIES

To strenghthen our Regulatory Science Seeds & Traits team in Zwijnaarde, we are looking for a Regulatory data management officer.

What you can expect :

  • You will maintain and optimize different data systems ensuring the highest degree of integrity, accuracy and consistency of the data and are able to identify and resolve data accuracy issues and discrepancies.
  • Therefore you act as administrator for upload of dossier documents in Eagles following the S&T dossier management workflows and you maintain a systematic approach to keeping the upload of documents accurate.
  • You work with other administrators in the department to coordinate data upload efforts.
  • You support Sharepoint creation and maintenance, related design requests and incidents.
  • You will contribute to enhancement projects for applications in scope and act as subject matter expert in supporting the department in the implementation of new processes associated written standards.
  • You work closely with team members and stakeholders and you will collect suggestions and improvements from users.
  • Effective communication with support functions to provide solutions to complex issues as well as close alignment with other departments (STA, RA) is highly important.
  • You are part of admin community meetings, you contribute to testing of upgrades and you update manuals.
  • You will support and guide the digital transformation of the departmental tools and processes.
  • You will act as deputy of GLP archivist and for support for SOP management.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of working experience and in-depth knowledge of digital tools & technologies and databases.
  • You have a good knowledge of document management applications & SharePoint and its potential use cases supporting business.
  • You have a good knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, JIRA,.. as well as PM mentality and organization.
  • Furthermore, you have a passion for quality design and innovation.
  • You are hands-on and pragmatic with self-organization and planning skills.
  • You have knowledge of QM systems and a strong desire to continually improve business critical processes.
  • You are eager in learning and understanding the current as well as future developments of data management applications used in the department and ensuring that any beneficial feature enhancements are fully leverage.
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS office specifically Excel, PM.
  • Finally, you are goal- and result driven and have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
