    Role Purpose :

    Responsible for leading, developing and managing a team of multilingual Search analysts. Specific responsibilities include onboarding, resource utilization, workflow balancing and performance management.

    Collaborate with team leaders in other CompuMark locations on training, client and quality initiatives. Continuously feed observations to the Manager as well as to the Process, Product and Client Service Team to pursue enhancements of any kind.

    Responsibilities :

    1.- People management :

    Manages a team of 20 multilingual Search analysts in Antwerp, Paris, Milan and London

  • Is responsible for performance management of each team member including goal setting, mid-year review, and annual review as well as other ongoing performance management activities;
  • provides ongoing feedback to team to foster continuous improvement and engagement; addresses underperformance where required

    Works closely with the Quality and Analytics Team to ensure adherence to product specific standards and efficiency benchmarks

    Ensures team follows standard policies set for Clarivate and CompuMark

    2.-Training :

    Facilitates relevant training to new staff

    Identifies (cross-)training needs within the team aimed to balance the workload efficiently among all team members

    3.- Workflow Management :

    Leads workflow distribution and ensures search products meet or exceed delivery deadlines and quality metrics

    Proactively identifies and recommends efficiency and quality opportunities

    4.- Customer Delight :

  • Actively contributes to Clarivate’s Customer Delight program by ensuring that clients’ inquiries regarding CompuMark Search products and services are answered rapidly and exhaustively;
  • escalates issues internally to the respective teams (Product, Technology); follows through on client inquiries with the appropriate team and with your Manager

    Required Skills & Experience :

    High level of professionalism

    Excellent group / team leadership skills

    Ability to multi-task and to balance priorities following shifting deadlines

    Excellent writing, presentation and overall communication skills

    Experienced in communicating directly with clients

    Analytical & problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)

    Fluent in English (corporate language) and Dutch (language spoken by the majority of the team)

    Additional languages will be considered an advantage (particularly French, Italian or German)

    Certification / Education :

    College or University degree or equivalent experience

    Professional Experience :

    Previous job-related experience

    Previous operations experience within a similar work environment required

    Previous people management experience required
