Within the InterAction team, we are looking to bring on board a driven new team member who is keen to take on our continental European business and make it their own.

The Key Account Manager is the primary business lead responsible for developing and managing meaningful relationships with key decision makers across their global business.

Your role is to identify opportunities through your client relationships and collaborate effectively across our business to improve customer engagement and leverage new products and solutions.

The Key Account Management role at LexisNexis InterAction could be the right fit for your career move. We are currently recruiting high-energy, driven Key Account Managers with relevant experience in Software or IT Solution sales, value-driven sales approach.

Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B sales and account management experience and a solid track record selling into Professional Services markets.

Key responsibilities include : Manage a portfolio of both national and international accounts, ensuring regular communication and account planning Responsible for the primary relationship between LexisNexis InterAction and the client, meeting with and agreeing short-medium-long term strategy for the continued successful use of InterAction.

As an expert on your client’s business, you will create and manage a strategic account plan for each client focused on an assessment of the client’s business, identifying and prioritising opportunities, determining key relationships and summarizing key goals, issues and actions Responsible for achieving sales goals (POS) with assigned client base through renewals, cross-sell, upsell, sale of new products & solutions and new business generation across products, education and services including new cloud-delivered capability Manage the entire sales process from end to end to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.

Ensuring forecasting accuracy at all times. Ownership of all contractual and commercial discussions whilst facilitating the management and delivery of LexisNexis ongoing services (Professional Services and Customer Support) Managing product demonstrations and client presentations alongside our pre-sales solutions consultants Achieve business development and retention objectives and take accountability for account forecasting and reporting Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers at client firms Create targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services Develop and track client pipeline with assigned client base using InterAction CRM to manage opportunities, activities, client engagements, etc.

Working alongside our Marketing Team engage the market and evangelize about InterAction in publicly visible ways, including customer events, industry presentations, thought leadership, social media Required Education, Skills and Qualifications 5 years sales experience for software, CRM solution software sales into Professional Services sector desirable.

Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement. Knowledge of Professional Services market, with specific knowledge in legal market highly desirable.

Legal background is a big plus. Ability to speak and influence C-level decision makers. Excellent communication and presentation of value propositions with a commitment to quality and high attention to detail.

Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer. Understanding of customers’ core values and ability to build and sustain trust, as well as motivate people internally and externally.

Understand customer investment priorities and financial / decision making process and available budgets. Commercial acumen, contract negotiation experience and ability to sell on value not just price.

Microsoft Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability and willingness to travel to customer meetings as necessary (driver license desirable).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Proficient use of a CRM solution. Good command of the English language. Any additional European language is a big plus. LexisNexis,
