DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST

Are you a forward-thinker that enjoys collaborating with different people? In this role, you are a steward of exemplary brand awareness through digital communication and design for the company.

As a creative thinker, you play a key role in translating our brand promise and values in engaging content towards our customers, partners and employees.

You will develop and execute digital content strategy for your organization. We expect you to align with the marketing and business teams in Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands.

You take up the responsibility to plan, build, and implement digital marketing & social media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

Content Creation

Curating, writing, planning and posting original, engaging branded SEO driven content across all VK social media channels, website and internal project & CV database.

With content we refer to all content on our website, social media channels, project and customer testimonials, curricula of project owners.

Types of content : copy, video, podcast, images,

  • Cutting Edge Creativity - Develop design, layout and production of materials and digital efforts. Creative thinking is critical.
  • Unique creation and design is important to the company’s overall brand awareness. You will spend a portion of each day exercising this initiative.
  • Building relationships connect with people and to your ideas. Your role is to convert their knowledge / projects into compelling stories to increase our brand awareness.
  • Researching content and market trends - ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
  • SEO / Content Strategy & KPI’s

  • Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms. Checking social and digital accounts daily for alerts and mentions, responding accordingly.
  • You will own Build and implement SEO strategy.
  • Define & evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, social media performance, e-mail marketing performance.
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and Communications.
