Contact clients to gather feedback and satisfaction
Provide after-sales support to retain customers
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
Create and manage knowledge base to help clients in their tasks
Suggest product / service improvements to maximize client satisfaction
Communicate product and pricing details clearly
Provide support to Account Managers for them to better assist major clients
Able to communicate and work in at least two of the following : English, French, Dutch
Doing a Master in Business, Law, Marketing, Administration, Human Resources or IT
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
High degree of professionalism
Available for a period of 4 months or more
Energetic, tenacious team player
