  • Contact clients to gather feedback and satisfaction
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customers
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Create and manage knowledge base to help clients in their tasks
  • Suggest product / service improvements to maximize client satisfaction
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly
  • Provide support to Account Managers for them to better assist major clients
  • Requirements

  • Able to communicate and work in at least two of the following : English, French, Dutch
  • Doing a Master in Business, Law, Marketing, Administration, Human Resources or IT
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Available for a period of 4 months or more
