H&O Equipments, a creator and manufacturer of innovative medical instruments, is looking for a Logistics employee. As Logistic employee you are integrated in the Administration department and you report to the Finance Manager.

You are responsible for the logistics’ and stock’s management of the company. You record the incoming orders in SAP Business One You send the confirmation to the customers You follow the Prepayment files You organize shipments of the goods with the carriers You are in charge of all the administration regarding shipment, customs, .

Daily contact with the carriers and follow up of parcels Creation and recording of all the transport documentation in the SAP Business One You are in charge of the warehouse management You are responsible of products preservation You’re in charge of stocks control At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.

Ability to handle shipments and customs from A to Z. Customer focus You are precise and rigorous Strong communication skills Results driven Well organized, reliable, proactive Knowledge of MS office ( Excel, Word, ) Knowledge of an ERP ( SAP Business One is a plus) Fluent in English is required We offer you a challenging role in an innovative and growing international com.
