It starts in our Talent Acquisition team which is in full expansion. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Technology :
You are responsible for the recruitment of senior and management profiles with a technological background
You build relationships with the Line Management and you will define and validate the job content and the expected candidate's profile
You manage the complete selection process : CV screening through our web based software tool, interviewing and recommendation to the Management including preparing and discussing offers with selected candidates
You are in charge of weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to the Management and pro-active recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time
As a trusted advisor you consult your client (external) on a regular basis and you become their single point of contact concerning their hiring needs
You have the opportunity to initiate or participate in HR-projects (e.g. targeted selection interview training for managers)
As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team
Let’s talk about you
You have a university degree or equal via experience and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a (corporate) recruiter, preferably with technological profiles
You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence-based interview, assessments) and you are acquainted with recruitment channels (e.
g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software)
You think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in Dutch, French and English
You have an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality and you are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
You are flexible like to act pro-actively and have the ability to work in a changing environment
Experience in professional services is an asset
