The Lead Consultant will be responsible for

  • Advising and helping our clients regarding all mentioned value propositions
  • Leading Business & IT Transformation programs and guarantee qualitative delivery
  • Guide the business in their digital / organisational transformation process, performing tasks related to strategic process, change, program management
  • The performance of his / her team on clients site
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset to help the growth of DMC in Belux
  • Duties and Responsibilities

    The Lead Consultant works with his clients on assigned projects to identify solutions to business problems while streamlining related processes.

  • Its duties include executing and completing assigned projects within the time, scope and budget negotiated with the client;
  • making sure that profitability of projects are maximized while customer satisfaction is at the highest levels, evaluating existing systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvement;
  • designing prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client’s needs; etc...

    Qualifications

    The Lead Consultant we are looking for is required to have at least one or several master degree(s) (business administration, engineering, ) .

    He / she has also several consulting certifications and or equivalent expertise in related methods, project delivery / management work.

    He / She has specific experience in minimum one industry (Financial Services, Telco & Media, Industry eg. Retail, Energy, Utilities , Healthcare).

    Technical Knowledge Requirements

    Keywords : Business to IT Alignment, Business & IT Governance / Organization, Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Business & IT Process Improvement, GDPR, Business & IT Transformation, Change Management, Program Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ADKAR model, Strategy development, knowledge of latest IT innovative topics (agile, devops, collaboration with startups, Fintechs, digital customer experience, )

    Non- Technical Skill Requirements

    We expect that the Lead Consultant must have strong soft skills, commercial, planning, Time-Management, communication skills (able to facilitate workshops, interactions with CxO levels of large companies), but also high qualitative Interpersonal Skills to lead successfully customer projects.

    He / She has at least 5 years of proven experience in management consulting missions. For this leading position reporting to the Sr Principal, we expect also a practical / functional experience in at least 2 or 3 of next industries like : Financial Services, Telco & Media, Industry eg.

    Retail, Energy, Utilities , Healthcare.

    He / She is fluent French / Dutch and has an excellent command of English.
