Tasks and responsibilities

Evaluate the customers readiness to start using and deriving value from Deliverect.

Manage prioritization, internal coordination, and scheduling of strategic customer engagements

Manage and coordinate the Customer Success backlog

Develop and execute a communication and outreach plan for out-of-band and unresponsive customers using the most appropriate channels of communication (ex.

Phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email etc.)

Address and manage expectations around hard’ dependencies such as compatible hardware, internet connectivity, customer availability, POS requirements etc. have been met.

Job Requirements

Experience in working at SAAS company and knowledge or interest in technology and the tech industry

Be committed to delivering Customer Service excellence

Highly organized approach working within a clear process

Your a great problem solver and have great attention to detail

Project management experience is a plus
